Camano Island Library Pilot Project - Friends of the Library

Cama Beach at Sunset Karla Matzke, Artist

Who We Are

The Camano Island Library Pilot Project Friends was officially formed in 2008, with our first priority to insure that the 3-year library pilot project be expanded to a permanent library facility on Camano Island. Visit our new Web Site!

What We Do

Visit the Friends Used Book Sale at the Camano Island Library Pilot Project.

All proceeds benefit the programs and services of the Camano Island Library Pilot Project. The Friends gladly accept donations of gently used books. Ask staff for more information.

In partnership with Sno-Isle Libraries, the Camano Island Library Pilot Project Friends will enhance library services and programs through community support.

When We Meet

The Camano Island Library Pilot Project Friends meet the fourth Thursday of the month at 7 PM in the Camano Island Library Pilot Project.

Everyone welcome! Please join us!

There is not such a cradle of democracy upon the earth as the Free Public Library,
this republic of letters, where neither rank, office, nor wealth receives the slightest consideration.
