Library Card Eligibility

Welcome to Sno-Isle Libraries!

A Sno-Isle Libraries card allows you to borrow books, magazines, DVD's, music CD's, audio books and other materials from the libraries, reserve materials online for pick-up in the libraries and access Research online.

Eligibility for a Sno-Isle Libraries card is based on where you live

  • Residents of the Sno-Isle Inter-county Rural Library District and their dependents.
  • Residents of jurisdictions within Washington State that provide equitable tax support for public library service.
  • Non-resident payers of property taxes of the Sno-Isle Libraries District and their dependents.
  • Businesses, organizations, institutions, and public agencies that are located in Sno-Isle Libraries District.

The Sno-Isle Libraries district service area is unincorporated Snohomish or Island counties, or a city or town that contracts with or is annexed to Sno-Isle Libraries.

We cooperate with neighboring libraries

In addition, if you live outside of the Sno-Isle Libraries District service area, but you live in a community in Washington State that financially supports a library of its own, you are eligible for a free Sno-Isle library card.

Stop by your nearest Sno-Isle Library Location, with acceptable identification, complete an application and receive your card the same day.

that books were not natural wonders, coming up of themselves like grass.
