Michael

Hello, I'm Michael.

Ask me about:

"In middle school, I started helping out in the library. When it came time for me to get a job in high school and start saving up for a car, I became a Page at Sno-Isle. I already had some library experience, so it was a great first job."

"When I first started with Sno-Isle, it was a part-time high school job. But I kept moving from one position to another. I was hired as a PSA I after graduating. Then I was a substitute PSA II before moving into IT. This is now my second position in IT after being promoted."

"There's never a typical day for me. There's always a good variety. One of the projects we've been working on lately is how to get XP to run on public PCs securely. We launched deployment two weeks ago and since then we've been tweaking it and testing it with special software. All kinds of projects come up -- it just depends on the day."

"A while back I read Pride and Prejudice and Zombies by Seth Grahame-Smith. I decided to follow that up by reading the original Jane Austen novel. The language is certainly different, and it can be a bit slow moving. But really, both books were quite good. I downloaded Pride and Prejudice for free on Google Books and read it entirely on my iPhone!"
