Overdrive provides extensive help documentation in their Overdrive online help center. In the event that the Overdrive online help center does not answer your question, please submit an Overdrive download support ticket online. OverDrive will research the issue and contact you via email to help you. For library account problems, staff are available to help you during open business hours.

Freegal

Freegal is very easy to use and requires no additional software. However, if you do have questions about the service, take a look at the Freegal FAQ which can be found in the upper right corner of the Freegal site.
