CALL TO ORDER

President Steffener called the meeting to order at 11:00 A.M. at the Marysville Service Center.

ROLL CALL

Board Members Present: Jacquelyn DeFazio, Bob Freeman, Art Kirschenbaum, Art Peterson, Joel Selling, Jeanne Steffener, Alanna Stone

Staff Present: Mary Kelly, Jonalyn Woolf-Ivory

AGENDA APPROVAL

Ms. Stone moved to accept the agenda. Mr. Selling seconded the motion, and the Board unanimously approved the motion.

PUBLIC COMMENT

There was no public comment at the meeting.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Community Meetings

The Board discussed the community meetings coming up April - June 2006.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 12:35 P.M.
