Outreach (Library on Wheels)

• Service to Individuals
  To receive this service, you must have a long-term disability (at least 3 months) that prohibits you from visiting a library. To apply for this service, please call Library on Wheels at 360-651-7059 or toll-free at 1-877-766-4753.
  
  
  
• Service to Senior Housing and Care Facilities
  Facilities requesting Outreach services for their residents have Deposit or Bookmobile service. To apply, click the apply link below and print, complete, and mail to the address below.
  
  

  Outreach Service Facility Application
  A collection of library materials are exchanged monthly. The facility director signs an agreement of responsibility for lost or damaged materials. Residents can select materials during the month.

  Bookmobile Stop Application
  For large facilities with residents sufficiently mobile enough to climb the steps into the vehicle. The facility must have a safe, reserved parking area that can accomodate a 25' vehicle and be able to accomodate a 30 minute visit once a month.
