Meeting / Study Rooms: There is one meeting room available for 60. The room features, wi-fi, projector, podium, 60 chairs, 10 tables, kitchen with sink, coffee and hot water urn, and full-sized refrigerator. The meeting room is available during normal library hours.
Quiet Zone / Study Rooms: The study room seats four. It is not reservable.
32 public reservable Internet capable PC's and two public non-reservable PC's with shared printers, a designated computer reservation PC and three non-reservable catalog only PC's. All PC's can access the catalog for research and to place holds on Sno-Isle collections. Internet PC's may be reserved online or in the library.
All reservable PC's are Internet capable and have Google Earth, Windows Media Player, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Picture Manager software installed.
Color printers are available at the Coupeville, Freeland, Lynnwood, Marysville, Monroe, Oak Harbor and Snohomish Libraries. Customers have the option of printing in color, at a cost of 50 cents per page. Color prints are not included in the 70 free prints permitted to each registered card holder per week. However, all prints from Sno-Isle Libraries catalog and databases, including those done in color, are free. For more information see the FAQ.

Copier: Yes, B&W, 15 cents per page, color 50 cents per page, scan to a memory device at no charge. Copier provided by Friends of the Monroe Library.
Fax Machine: Yes. Self-service kiosk. Using a debit/credit/FaxCash card (available for purchase at the library), follow basic instructions to SEND a fax. Costs for sending a fax are $1.50 for the first page and $1.00 per additional page. Self-service fax machines are not able to receive a fax.
Proctoring: Yes, must be taken in public, open areas. Proctoring Guidelines.
Public Phone: No.
Reader / Printer: Yes, microfilm and microfiche reader/printer.
Volunteering: Yes, ask at information desk.
Display / Bulletin Board Policies: There is a locked display case in the lobby that may be reserved in advance. Please inquire at the library directly to reserve. The following applies to reserving the display case. In keeping with the Monroe Library's role as a community resource center, posters and notices of community, non-profit events that promote cultural, intellectual, educational, or charitable activities may be posted in designated areas of the library, subject to the approval of the Managing Librarian.

Parking: There is a parking lot with 84 regular spaces plus four ADA space and two spaces for library use only in the service/delivery area. Additional parking is available on Village Way, the street in front of the library.
