Planned Giving & Bequests
Books are the legacies that a great genius leaves to mankind, which are delivered down from generation to generation as presents to the posterity of those who are yet unborn.
- Joseph Addison
Sno-Isle Libraries would be pleased to talk with you about possibilities for a legacy gift that would bring joy to you and your family while helping the Library.
The Foundation does not put limits on the size and manner of estate gifts. As each person's financial situation is unique, so too can be the way you include the libraries in your planned giving.
Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation is happy to accept gifts via bequests, life insurance policies, retained life estates, retirement plans and IRS designations, as well as a number of charitable lead and remainder trusts. We'll help you find the option that's right for you by working with you and your advisors.
Please contact the Foundation if you are interested in learning more or would like sample bequest language.
You should consult your legal or tax advisor about making or revising your Will. If you are planning a bequest to the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation, we encourage you to contact Angelique Leone, Executive Director of the Library Foundation, to discuss your intent. This will ensure that there are no obstacles in carrying out your wishes. It is our policy to keep this information strictly confidential.
