Join the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation Board of Directors

The Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation is actively seeking to expand its Board of Directors with three new Board members who are residents of Snohomish or Island Counties.

The Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation (Foundation) is the philanthropic arm of Sno-Isle Libraries. The Foundation partners with individuals, businesses, foundations, corporations, and community organizations to mobilize people and resources to fund innovative and inspiring programs throughout the Library District. Join the Foundation in expanding the reach of library services, promoting civic engagement, and fostering a lifetime of learning.

Board members serve as ambassadors for public libraries and lead the Foundation's fundraising efforts, including:

  • Funding early literacy programs like Third Graders Read Together and Summer Reading
  • Supporting communities without an established library
  • Investing in capital improvements throughout the Sno-Isle Library District
  • Collaborating with the library to enhance community access

The Foundation is looking for board members with diverse skills, including but not limited to fundraising, strategic planning, budgeting, library advocacy, community engagement, and special events.
