Teen Summer Reading – Start Here

Español | 中文 | 日本語 | Pусский | 한국어 | Tiếng Việt

Read or be read to for 10 hours this summer to get a free book!

There are three ways to track your reading:

  1. Download a paper reading log for KIDS or TEENS or pick one up at your library.
  2. Go online to Beanstack. Not only can you log reading minutes, but also earn digital badges and follow your friends.
  3. Download the Beanstack Tracker app on your mobile device.

When you’re done with all 10 hours, visit your local library to receive your book.

You can also register for weekly virtual events for kids and virtual events for teens. If you’re looking for something a little different, attend an in-person program at one of our libraries or pick up a Summer Activity Card for kids or Mindfulness Bingo for teens.

Visit our Kids page, Teen page and Spanish language page for new book lists and activity ideas all summer long.

Summer Reading prize books funded by Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation and Friends of the Library groups.
