The ukulele has grown in popularity over the last few years, yet it's still seen as a novelty instrument by many. Arden Fujiwara dispels that myth as he shares the rich history of the ukulele through songs and stories spanning the last century.
Born and raised in Hawaii, he learned from ukulele masters such as Jake Shimabukuro and Troy Fernandez, but now forges his own style in Seattle. Arden fuses tradition with the progressive to break the expectations and elevates the ukulele to new boundaries.
