Overdoses, crime, ruined lives. Illegal drugs are taking a toll along Highway 2 in eastern Snohomish County. At two public forums in August 2014, experts explained the scope of drug use in Monroe, Sultan and Snohomish. They answered questions and heard compelling stories from community members.
