The Friends of the Coupeville Library is a dynamic not-for-profit, volunteer organization. Many members work on specific projects related to the library (book sales, landscaping, programs, etc).
What we do
The Friends of the Coupeville Library provide funding for children's, teen and adult programming, rental for a temporary library during the course of our remodel construction project (in 2009-2010), History Day and various other projects. They also support the library with purchases such as a: copier, shelving, furniture and more.

Membership applications are available at the Coupeville Library, 788 NW Alexander St, Coupeville, WA. Yearly membership dues are $5. Please make checks payable to: Friends of the Coupeville Library.
How to donate
The Friends of the Coupeville Library raise money through the ongoing book sale in the library lobby, Farmers Market Book Sales at the Book Shed (Saturdays-April to October from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.), Coupeville Festival Book Sale (second week-end in August) and the Silent Book Auction in November.
The Friends of the Coupeville Library accept donations of books for their ongoing book sales. We accept hardcover and paperback books in good condition. Please, no textbooks, Reader's Digest Condensed books or old encyclopedias.
