Next Big Library Read revs up for Nov. 2 start with ‘Reverie’

The final round of 2020’s Big Library Read starts Nov. 2 with the featured title “Reverie” by Ryan La Sala.

Big Library Read, facilitated by eBook and audiobook provider OverDrive, is a reading program that connects readers around the world with the same book at the same time. This year’s third and final round of Big Library Read runs Nov. 2-16.

Enjoy unlimited access to the audiobook or eBook with no holds regardless of demand.

Register to join La Sala in a live Zoom webinar at 11 a.m. Nov. 10. Expect a lively discussion with La Sala and Professional Book Nerds podcast co-hosts Adam Sockel and Jill Grunenwald. The conversation will be followed by a question-and-answer session where viewers can submit questions for La Sala.

Think of “Reverie” as “Inception” meets “The Magicians”  in a captivating story about what happens when the secret worlds people hide in themselves come to light. “This outstanding debut novel will light readers’ imaginations on fire … It’s imaginative, bold, and full of queer representation,” School Library Journal says of “Reverie.”

Earlier this year, Big Library Read featured “Funny, You Don’t Look Autistic” by Michael McCreary and “The Darwin Affair” by Tim Mason.
