Sno-Isle Libraries is at work for you

Contact-free services

We are in the final stages of preparation to start contact-free services including pickup and accepting returns of library materials in the near future. A date for starting these services has not been set, but with the announcement that Snohomish County is approved for the state’s Phase 2 as of June 5 and Island County’s previous Phase 2 approval, we will start these services as soon as possible.

We’re at work for you

Over the past two months, we’ve chatted by phone with almost 54,000 Sno-Isle customers across the library district. These have been delightful conversations and we enjoyed connecting with you about library services.

We’ve also seen you take the opportunity to use and enjoy library materials and services available online. Many have also joined us online for family story times, trivia events, and other special interest events. All of these resources will continue to be available to you until going forward.

Like you, we look forward to safely starting contact-free services in our community libraries. Until then, please continue to connect with us online or give us a call at 360-651-7096 for the latest news and information on when we will begin offering contact-free customer borrowing.
