Podcasts for Book Lovers

Podcasts are a great way to be entertained while learning and there is something out there for everyone. Book lovers will find inspiration and ideas for items to add to their to-be-read piles with these literary-themed podcasts. All of these podcasts are free.

The Ask Us Desk features three library professionals who answer your questions about libraries, librarians, and library services. They run a yearly reading challenge with monthly prompts and take suggested topics directly from the community. Two of the hosts are even local to Washington!

Reading Women encourages us to reclaim half our bookshelves by purposefully selecting books by or about women of a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. Interviews and reviews span the breadth of kids to adults, sci-fi to romance to history. While Reading Women officially ended in December 2021, there are six seasons of content available on their website.
