Favorite subject in school: Art! His schools growing up had dedicated art teachers and art rooms that Jarrett would spend lots of his free time in.
Childhood pets: A bunny, multiple hamsters, and a couple of dogs
What did you want to be when you grew up? It changed from a baseball player to a skateboarder, then an art teacher, to finally an author/illustrator.
Favorite game to play: Uno with his family
Favorite pizza topping: Jarrett tried pickle pizza recently on a school trip to Michigan and loved it! He includes pickle pizza in his upcoming book, Scare School Diaries #3, The Un-Hauntable House (coming late 2026).
