Remote Printing
Remote printing can be submitted from home, on a checked out library laptop, or on another web-connected device. After submitting a print job please be sure to select "notify library" to ensure that staff is made aware that a print job is waiting. After the job has been printed, your materials will be ready for contact-free pickup.
Customers receive a weekly print allowance of $7.00. Print jobs that exceed a customer's remaining weekly allowance will not be printed. Additional printing exceeding the $7 credit will not be available.
Printing can be in black & white or color. Black & white prints are charged at 10-cents per page and color prints are charged at 50-cents per page.

Laptop & Wi-Fi Hotspot Checkout

Sno-Isle Libraries is currently offering two ways in which a customer can borrow a library laptop for their personal use. Please review the information below about on-site laptop use and placing a hold for a laptop to go. Wi-Fi Hotspots are also currently being offered for customer use.
Eligibility
You need to have a valid library card to check out a laptop or Wi-Fi Hotspot and cannot use the online library number or a number beginning with PACREG.
Need Help?
If you’re using a laptop or hotspot and need help, you can call the library or chat. Additionally, a “Help” icon has been added to the desktop of the laptops for quick access to your local librarian. For more in-depth help, customers can set up a Book-A-Librarian session.
On-site Use
To borrow an on-site laptop, please call the contact-free services number for your local library when you arrive. If a laptop is available it will be checked out for you using your library card number. As with other contact-free delivery, the laptop will be placed outside for a socially distanced pickup.
Each laptop can be checked out for up to two hours on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted at this time. Laptops will only work on library premises either outside of the library or in the library parking lot.
Service Details
- Log on to the laptop using your library card number and PIN/password.
- You can extend your time with the laptop as long as another laptop is available for someone else to use.
- Printing is available using the $7 weekly printing allowance and is added to the print queue. To release the print job call the contact-free services number at your local library and tell them you have a print job waiting.
- We have established a cleaning procedure, approved by the Snohomish County Health District, for in-between customer use.
