Books by Mail Application

This service is intended for individuals who are experiencing significant barriers to accessing the library. For more information, please see the books by mail FAQ or contact Library on Wheels at 360-651-7059 or bookmobile@sno-isle.org.

Staff will contact you when your application has been approved and will provide information about the service and how to place holds online or over the phone. Please allow 2-3 business days for your application to be reviewed.

Books By Mail items can take up to two weeks to ship to your home. The number of items we are able to send is determined by the size and weight of the items.
