Tax Time 2023

Tax season begins January 2023 for tax year 2022. Everyone will use Form 1040 to file their taxes. Taxpayers age 65 or older have the option of using Form 1040-SR.

Forms and Publications

Print most forms and publications from IRS.gov. You may print these forms using the library's printing services.

Order print tax forms directly from the IRS. This is especially helpful for non-reproducible forms that cannot be printed from the website, such as W2s.

Tax preparation help is also available in-person in King County from January 16-April 20, 2023. You can visit their website to learn more about the documents you will need to file your taxes.
