Find Levy Information this Summer

On August 4, voters across Snohomish and Island counties will decide whether to restore the Sno-Isle Libraries levy. Ballots will be mailed on July 17 — and between now and then Sno-Isle Libraries is offering opportunities for community members to learn about levy restoration and access information to support informed decision-making.

Community members can attend a Public Information Session or connect with library staff at community events and local meetings throughout the summer to learn more. Here's what to expect at each type of event:

Public Information Sessions

These sessions provide the most detailed information about the levy. A library representative will explain what the levy is, its purpose, what it may support, and potential impacts on property taxes. Time will be available for questions.

All are free and open to the public. No registration required.

Presentations to Local Governments

Library staff will present an update on Sno-Isle Libraries including information about the levy rate restoration as part of the regular agenda at the following city/town council and government meetings. These are public meetings — all community members are welcome to attend and learn more.

Community Events

Library staff will also attend local community events such as festivals, markets, and neighborhood gatherings. While no formal presentations will be provided, levy information will be available.
