What We Do Friends' funding enhances library services. Examples include: Provide an annual scholarship to a local high school student Summer Reading Support for all ages Programs for Adults, Teens, and Children Participation in community activities and organizations Equipment for staff and public use When We Meet Friends of the Granite Falls Library meet at 4:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of every month at the Granite Falls Library. Don’t Miss Our Annual Book Sale – May 20th – May 21st!! Friday & Saturday: 11am – 5pm in the library community room. Fiction and non-fiction on every subject and in every genre. Most items cost $1.00 or less! Sunday: 1pm – 3pm. For bargain hunters there will be a bag sale. All the books you can fit in a grocery bag for $5.00! Come early for the best selection! How To Join The Friends welcome new members! Membership brochures are available at the library. Information on Donating The Friends accept donated books in good condition for the ongoing book sale. Book donations may be made at the library during business hours. Honor the memory of a friend or family member with a monetary gift to the Friends of the Granite Falls Library. Donations to the Friends of the Granite Falls Library are tax-deductible. A gift to the Friends is a gift to the community.
