The online reservation system is in use by Camano Island, Coupeville, Darrington, Freeland, Granite Falls, Lake Stevens, Lakewood/Smokey Point, Lynnwood, Mariner, Marysville, Monroe, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Oak Harbor, Snohomish, and Stanwood. If you would like to reserve a meeting room at another library, please check the individual library page for reservation procedures. Individuals using the library meeting rooms must agree to the provisions in the Sno-Isle Libraries Meeting Room Use Policy

  • Sno-Isle Libraries provides access to its public meeting rooms in an equitable manner to organizations engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, charitable or civic work.  All meetings will be non-exclusive and will be open to the general public regardless of the attendee's gender, race, ethnicity, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender, veteran status, marital status, or religious or political affiliation.
  • Reservation eligibility — Cardholders must be 18+ years old and have a full access library card to reserve. Online only account holders may visit any Sno-Isle Library to complete the registration process. The cardholder making the reservation will be held liable for any damage done to the room or damage or loss of equipment.
  • Two-day notice — Reservations must be made at least two days in advance of the meeting time. Reservation requests within the two-day minimum should contact the library directly.
  • Advanced registration guidelines — Reservations may be made for up to sixty days in advance of the reservation date. Library buildings that are owned by another entity may have additional guidelines and/or limitations.
  • Frequency of reservations — Groups are limited to reserving a meeting room twice per month. To ensure that meeting rooms are available to a variety of groups, Sno-Isle Libraries may limit room use for particular organizations if abuse or non-compliance is detected, or if similar types of organizations are using rooms with such frequency that equitable use is in question.
  • Maximum length of meeting space reservations — You may reserve meeting spaces for up to a maximum of four hours.
  • Personal Items — Personal items and equipment may not be stored in the room.
  • Equipment — Groups must provide any necessary meeting room equipment that is not available at the library. Sno-Isle Libraries provides wireless internet access for customers to use with their own devices.
  • Violations — Violation of this policy may result in an organization being denied further use of the meeting room.
