    The following tips will help ensure that you have a great experience attending a library program on Zoom.

    Registration 

    Please register in the event calendar for the program you would like to attend. Shortly before the event, you will receive an email with the the program link and other information.

    What should I expect when I join a Zoom event?

    After clicking the event link, you'll join the Zoom waiting room. A host will let you in shortly. The program hosts will provide an introduction to the event and let you know how you can ask questions during the program.

    Sign Language interpreters are available for online and in-person library events. Please submit your request for an interpreter at least one week in advance to ensure the best availability.

    We’re always looking for new presenters! Please submit your inquiry by email, and include the following information:

    • Short description of the program(s) you have in mind.
    • Website and/or social media presence.
    • Intended age group for your programs.
    • Do you present online programs, in-person programs, or both?
    • Your speaking fee per program.
    • Briefly describe your experience giving presentations to groups in libraries or other organizations.

    Submission of the form does not guarantee hiring by the library. Library staff will reach out to you with any further questions, or to pursue your offer.

    Authors and musicians presenting at the library may bring their own books or music to sell. The library will sometimes partner with local bookstores for sale of a presenter’s books. Sales of any other goods or services is not allowed
