Dedication day at Fort Casey, 1968

Dedication day at Fort Casey on Whidbey Island on November 19th, 1968.  The event commemorates the anniversary of the dedication of the Soldiers' National Cemetery in Gettysburg - the site of Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg address.  The band at the bottom of the photo is the 133rd Army Band, a part of Washington's Army National Guard.  The band still exists, and plays for many similar community events.  You can learn more about them here
