    The Sno-Isle Libraries app works with Android smartphones (version 9.0 Pie and above) and iPhone and iPad (iOS version 16 and above). It is not supported on Android tablets at this time.

    The app is available on the Google Play Store  (Android smartphone) or Apple iOS App Store  (iPhone and iPad). Search for Sno-Isle Libraries in your app store or use the links below from your device.

    Your library card number is the 14-digit number printed on the back of your library card. If you have an online library card, your number will be emailed to you after complete your card registration.

    You can access a digital version of your barcode number in the Sno-Isle Libraries app. Just tap the card icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Home screen.

    The Sno-Isle Libraries app is available in 7 languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Vietnamese.

    The Sno-Isle Libraries app will automatically load in your preferred language based on your smartphone’s language settings. If you would like to switch to a new language, update your smartphone's language settings.

    Yes. The Sno-Isle Libraries app supports multiple accounts.

    Instructions for adding and switching accounts

    • To add an additional account in the Sno-Isle app, visit the My Library Cards screen by selecting the library card icon at the top of the Home screen. Select the Add card button and log in with the account you'd like to add.
    • After you have added an additional card, you will see dot indicators on the My Library Cards screen indicating the number of cards added to your app.
    • The selected card will show on the My Library Cards screen with "In use" and a green check mark. To switch accounts, swipe through your added cards and select the open circle next to Use this card.
    • Additionally, you can switch accounts from the My Borrowing or My Shelves Screens by selecting the avatar in the top right corner and selecting which account you would like to switch to.

    Additional details for multiple accounts

    • There is a maximum limit of 8 cards that can be added to the app.
    • Added accounts do not persist across multiple devices. Accounts need to be added for each device separately.
    • To remove an account, select the library card icon from the Home screen. Select the ellipsis then Remove card. You will be asked to confirm the card removal. The currently active account cannot be removed. To remove the card for the active account, activate a different card first.
    • Logging out of the app does not remove cards. Cards are removed explicitly by following the steps above. However, deleting the app does remove all the stored accounts. Upon reinstalling the app, cards will need to be added again.
    • Clearing the phone's cache, storage, or data will clear out the stored login credentials and cards will need to be added again.

    You can log into the app with your library card number or sno-isle.org username and your PIN. Please contact us if there is a problem with your account.

    Yes. Open the My Settings menu, tap the Account Settings option, locate the information you want to change, and tap the word Change to edit the information.

    Your app profile is the same as your sno-isle.org login. If you change your username or password on one, it will change on both.
