Yes! You can adjust your email preferences at any time. Click the ‘Manage Preferences or Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any Sno-Isle Libraries email. Uncheck the box on any preferences or any newsletters you no longer wish to receive. Then click ‘submit'.

Customers can choose to receive newsletters and emails pertaining to their reading and viewing preferences by filling out the ‘Set Email Preferences’ form linked at the bottom of any Sno-Isle Libraries email or by visiting  Email Sign-Up and Preferences.

Communications regarding featured events, new services, hour adjustments, upcoming events, and library news are sent to all customers and cannot be unsubscribed from individually. To see if we can accommodate your request please contact us. We will put you in contact with a member of our marketing team.

Yes, click the ‘Manage Preferences or Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any Sno-Isle Libraries email. Check the last option in the preferences list ‘SELECT to unsubscribe from all emails EXCEPT Hold Notices.’ Leave the two line items in the ‘Unsubscribe from all messages’ section checked. Click ‘submit’.

You can unsubscribe from all future communications by clicking on the ‘Manage Preferences or Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email. Scroll to the bottom of the preference page to the ‘Unsubscribe from all messages (including holds)’ section. Uncheck each box below then click ‘submit’.

***Please note, by unsubscribing to all communications you will no longer receive notifications about your holds via email.

Yes, please contact us and let us know you would like to receive notices about your holds as text messages rather than emails. We will update your account settings.

At this time your online account settings are not tied to your email preferences. Please use the ‘Set Email Preferences’ and ‘Manage Email Preferences or Unsubscribe’ links found at the bottom of any Sno-Isle Libraries email to update your email settings.
