Future Lake Stevens Library
Built for you, inspired by you.
★ The site continues to be prepared with onsite soil testing as we get ready to design the library.
★ Sno-Isle Libraries allowed the Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue to use the Chapel Hill property for training purposes.
★ We selected Northend Excavating to clear the Chapel Hill property through a competitive bidding process.
★ We hired the architect firm, BuildingWork, to design the new library on the Chapel Hill property.
Making way for your Library
The Lake Stevens Library has provided service to the community for over 75 years. Sno-Isle Libraries' priority is partnering with the community to complete plans for a new library on our property in the Chapel Hill neighborhood.
This community-driven project is being funded in part by $3.1 million in state grants secured by Sno-Isle Libraries. We are pursuing additional funding sources based upon defining the project scope.
