Take us with you as you head Back to School

Before we know it, the leaves will be turning, the book bags will be packed, and students will be headed back to the classroom. Your community library is your partner in your child’s education.

Your tool for school

A library card unlocks free access to online tutoring. During the 2022-2023 school year, Sno-Isle Libraries provided access to 16,479 free online tutoring sessions.

Students can also use their library card to research specific subjects, use printers and scanners, borrow laptops and Wi-Fi hotspots, and more.

After their homework is done, students can relax with books, eBooks, digital audiobooks, graphic novels, and movies the whole family will enjoy.

Supporting Educators

Sno-Isle Libraries supports and serves 18 school districts, representing over 150 schools, private schools, and homeschooling groups.

Educators can request a classroom visit, turn in the school support form for customized reading lists to complement current curriculum, or attend STARS training sessions with certified library staff. During the 2022-2023 school year library staff performed over 400 school visits and offered 177 STARS educators training opportunities to better familiarize themselves with library resources.

Student accounts are available in eight school districts to provide access to library services.
