Funding
Phase 1 funding is anchored with a Capital Budget appropriation by the State of Washington. Additional support in the form of staffing resources is being provided by Sno-Isle Libraries and other public and non-profit stakeholders.
The funding model for subsequent phases will be established by agreement among stakeholders and is anticipated to include a mix of budget, services, resources and support.
Total project cost will depend on a combination of costs related to land acquisition and construction as well as the services provided and service levels.
